The incredible story of Dr. Daniel Burisch (Crain) who reveals his alleged participation in experiments with human and alien genetics at Papoose Site 4 (S4). Extremely complex medical is terminology used here. His story is reported by researchers B.J. Wolf (eaglesdisobey.com) and William Hamilton (skywatch-research.org) .

But despite being a medical research project, references are made to HAARP, irreversible time-loops (Montauk Project), chemtrails, quartz crystals, "Project Preserve Destiny", stargates, and the 'Clean Sphere' (ET medical captivity). If this new technology is somehow biologically-related, then I could see why it would completely baffle brilliant- but- "conventionally"- trained engineers like 1950's Canadian Wilbert Smith.
